Take the Leap for Life challenge! Baylor encourages all patients at risk or with heart disease to adopt and maintain a healthier lifestyle. The program features workshops on healthy heart topics, health assessments, risk-factor modification, personal goals and a plan for healthy living. Leap for Life is open to anyone with a history of heart and vascular disease, and participants may bring one guest.
